Studying Studying Studying....

Actually, let me reframe the question a little. My questions doesn't have so much to do with a biblical perspective on divorce. My question is more like, knowing the benefits of premarital agreements (mostly, the assurance of an equitable and fair separation if a marriage should come to that), would you or even could you advise your friends (believer and non-believer), your relatives, or even strangers to have a premarital agreement? Could you, in good conscience, advise people to do something that you wouldn't do yourself?
Hi guys and gals, I wanted to take a quick poll. My Property professor is a big proponent of pre-marital agreements to protect both sides of marriage (in the event of a divorce). As a believer, I'm torn because I don't want to look at the very real possibility of divorce but also, because I know, for me, that divorce will never be an answer. God hates divorce. I hate divorce. And yet, I cannot guarantee that one is not in my future because I really don't know how persevering my future spouse will be. I'm pretty sure I can persevere through alot... so from a Christian perspective what are all your thoughts on premarital agreements (pre-nups)?

And yes, I'm being rather presumptuous that God will bless me with a life partner...

Man, the Warriors are like the Indians of the movie "Major Leagues". When they traded away all that talent and lost Arenas, I thought quite frankly that we were sunk. Now, the Warriors are 3-2 without Troy Murphy (and having missed Van Exel and J-Rich for 3 games too!). They are above .500! I have to give Musselman props as well as Cliffy "Old Man Soft Hands" Robinson, Nick "Bad Knees" Van Exel, Mike "Coach's Son" Dunleavy, and Brian "Energizer Bunny" Cardinal (of Purdue University; I always liked his game) for the recent success of the Warriors. Cardinal looks like a slow big awkward white guy but the kid has game. A slightly more skilled Mark Madsen/Eduardo Najera type. I think I might catch a game if they bring back the Ticket Timeout Specials (buy one get one free!)...
