So I've been shopping for a bookbag to carry all those heavy law books in addition to my future-to-be sub-5 pound notebook and I discovered an Eastpak laptop bag with wheels which looks good and it's cheap (sub $50). However, I thought this customer review was cute and funny.

"This bag is great! I bought it for my first grader grandson. Only problem is, there are TOO many places to put things! One day, he actually couldn't find his lunch. . ."
Okok, I am thankful that I have a job. It just sucks that I have to be a lame duck. Anyhow, I did get to organize a big dim sum lunch for a bunch of my co-workers yesterday. That's always fun.
The problem with leaving for grad school and informing your employer that you are leaving for grad school is that you are inevitably given the "lame duck" status. Meaning exactly that, you are a "lame duck" so you get all the crappy assignments until you leave the company. Today, I am filing a few zero dollar- eight page Canadian Tax Forms. Is there any importance to filing these returns? No, not really.

So I did two things yesterday. First, I bought my wedding gift for TY & KC. Secondly, I caved in and using the Macy's Discount Promo code (Just input "THANKSALOT" in the promo code section when you check out for 20% off at Macys.com), I bought a blender. Am I domesticated or what?

I have a feeling that I'll be making lots of smoothies and Coffee Bean type drinks at my place from now on...

I guess I'm Storm according to the Which X-Man are you? quiz.

I scored a 79% on that How Bay Area are you survey... man, that's what I get for being born and raised in SF and for getting a SoCal perspective on the word "hella" (which disappeared for me sometime while I was at UCLA) and the NoCal lifestyle...
