Man I love Fridays....can hardly wait to get the weekend started. Tonight, bible study prepping...gonna lead our Men's Study of the Word tomorrow and I want to make sure that I'll prep for it in a way that pleases God... tomorrow morning, Men's ministry, I hope it'll help me grow as a Christian man... tomorrow night, I'm hanging out with my friend CL from UCLA/D&T LA, she's up here for the weekend so we'll probably go clubbing (she's definitely the clubbing type...haven't gone clubbing in forever but it'll be just fun to dance again)...then Sunday, probably looking at homes, working on family estate stuff, and then I have to do some other family business stuff tomorrow night... eeeek...busy

CEOs cheat at Golf

I tell you so many of these top dogs at big companies are liars, it's not even funny. They lie, cheat, and steal to become CEO and then they perpetually lie and cheat at a game like golf...of course, they're gonna lie and cheat when it comes to their jobs and livelihoods. I can hardly blame them though as the pressure to perform is really high and when your job and life is on the line, most people do whatever it takes to keep themselves positioned where they are or to move up. Unfortunately, morals and ethics go straight out the window to be replaced by greed and dishonesty.

The Warriors....man, do they suck. Ok, they drafted Mike Dunleavy of Duke today. I personally don't like Dunleavy. Granted, he's a solid player...but he's not go-to guy. He's not a clutch performer. People tell me he'll give people matchup problems with his 6-10 size. I say he's too slow to give anyone matchup problems. I think Caron Butler's going to take Dunleavy to school when they play against each other. I think that everyone's gonna take this poor stiff who can jump over a ritz cracker to school.... *Sigh* The Warriors, another year of mediocrity...
This is ridiculous. The Ninth Circuit Court ruled today that the Pledge of Allegiance is unconstitutional because the words "under God" are in it. What's next? Soon dollar bills will be ruled unconstitutional because it states "In God We Trust". This nation was founded upon the principles of the Christian faith and with each passing day, we lose a little bit of our national identity. People ask, why is it that God allows bad things to happen? Doesn't he love us? Isn't he a loving God? Well, turn it around. Do we love God? How can we expect God to do wonderful things when we kick Him out of our schools, out of our homes, out of our lives, out of our nation? We are spoiled children and we act like it.

Ok didn't work out this weekend but the rest of the weekend was great! Had tons of fun at the newcomer dinner. Seems like everyone's either moving to SF from the east coast or leaving lumps to go to New York. strange...had fun playing couching and pictionary. Saturday I spent at home working on estate stuff. Not fun. Sunday morning, went and helped baby sit at Cumberland Peninsula. TY, KC, JW all helped out with the kids. I love kids cuz they are so innocent and cute. Sunday afternoon, went to church, looked at houses and worked on some side projects at home. great weekend huh? Just didn't get any exercise...perhaps later this week...
