My question is more like, knowing the benefits of premarital agreements (mostly, the assurance of an equitable and fair separation if a marriage should come to that), would you or even could you advise your friends (believer and non-believer), your relatives, or even strangers to have a premarital agreement? Could you, in good conscience, advise people to do something that you wouldn't do yourself?
