Yes folks, today is a new day. A day filled with hope. The hope that sees the future faces on tomorrow's Nike advertisements. Today is the day of the NBA Draft. Yes, once again, the Warriors have a lousy lottery pick. And once again, Warriors have hope that we'll get a player that can turn this team around. And once again, I believe we'll be disappointed. The Warriors front office have been amazingly inept the last decade. What could possibly turn it around for us? We traded Antawn Jamison for a washed up point guard and an old power forward. Granted, Cliff Robinson was a good player for us last year but still; look what the Mavs got for Jamison: Stackhouse, Laettner, and the #5 pick to this year's draft. That's a friggin steal. The Mavs traded Nick Van Exel and got Stackhouse, Laettner and the #5 pick. What the heck?!?!?! Just another example of Warrior ineptitude. We should trade our pick away. This draft is pretty weak. The only player I'm interested in is Josh Smith or JR Smith or Luol Deng and the Warriors don't appear to want either of the Smiths, and Deng is not gonna be around at the Warriors pick... last year I wanted Wade and look what he did for the Heat. Trust me on this one: One of the Smiths is gonna be a superstar...
