Two finals down, one to go...

Ok, Christmas shopping....

I don't usually blog much about my gf but this time of year gets me to start thinking about gift-giving for her.... and I need ideas... so far, here are some general ideas I've been given...

-jewelry
-clothes
-electronics
-a trip somewhere

Each has its drawbacks:

-jewelry: she may not wear it very much, plus she doesn't really wear jewelry... at all... then again, i got her a scarf last year and she's bearly worn it at all... hrm...

-Clothes: see above comment on scarf... plus it's always hard because my sense of style is somewhat different than hers... *ponder*

-electronics: I might buy something that is more for me than for her.... hehehehe *evil smile*

-a trip somewhere: the trouble with one of my favorite ideas (giving a photoalbum with a plane ticket inside to *name your destination*) is that she hardly has any time to go on vacation... always working.... hrm...

so yeah, always tough getting gifts; if you guys and gals *especially the gals out there* have good ideas, let me know!

Send her to a spa or for massages.
Especially if she's busy/stressed, it's the perfect gift since most people really enjoy those but wouldn't buy them for themselves.

A spa for a treament really is a great idea, go for a facial, or a massage. There's always perfume, or some underwear from Victoria's Secret. For a bit more culture, a trip to the theatre, perhaps? Or take her to a concert for one of her favourite bands? Happy to help further, David

I don't have an account here, but J would love tickets to see a musical or show. Hey, how about bring her to see the Nutcracker! She also loves J-Crew clothes, even though she doesn't really shop there. But she definitely likes J-Crew. So get her a nice warm sweater and one of those nice pea-coat. She would really love that!

Another nice gift would be to treat her family out to dinner, which you should do every so often anyway.
